Icame here ona rainy night with acar Iwas test driving tosee ifI shouldbuy.... this young man came out and looked atthe check engine light and gave mevaluable information about the vehicle that helped menot make aserious mistake! Looked online for acar cover for mynewcar. The cover that Iwanted that would fit mycar, was instock, soit said.
I called the store ahead oftime before stopping injuat todouble check tomake sure that itwas instock..
The associate onthe phone looked itup tomake sure and hetold me”Yes, itis inthe store, instock”.
So…on myway home, Itook alittle detour togo and buy mycar cover that Idesperately needed only tofind that the car cover instock, was a“returned” car covershoved back inabox, the box was bulging out with the cover sticking out and the box taped shut. Not tomention the box was also old and faded.
Needless tosay, Idid not purchase said cover and drove over toAdvance Auto and purchased anewone.… – show00

Car battery went out while Iwas afew blocks down the road and Iwas left stranded, Iwalk all the way toget anew battery and explain mysituation toone ofthe employees, hewas above and beyond tohelp, lowering the price toget mea battery when Iwas low financially and even willing togo with meto myvehicle, this one star isonly for the manager ofthis place where when this employee had the tools ready told him that whether I’m stuck ornot shouldn’t beany concern and not tohelp mefurther and left mewith aninoperable vehicle with noway toinstall anew battery… – show
