Organizational culture is key.I have worked with managers that built processes and cultures that outlasted their tenures and built high fliers.Most of these managers focused on building a culture of shared values, open communication, integrity, trust and excellent customer service. To drive marketing initiatives, employees need to understand the organizations marketing goals and trained to acquire new skills.They are then deployed to work with superiors that have similar behaviors that the organization intends them to imbibe. The coaching and mentoring activates their motor neuron to mimic those traits and eventually develop similar behaviors.They are thought the consumer should always be the center of their marketing campaign.
